Constant Temperature Bath
Used to maintain in water the Marshal specimens to be tested at 600 ¬+ 10 (Asphalt specimens) or 37.80 +
(Tar Specimens) as prescribed by the specifications. The Same Water bath can also be used for Penetration test, Stripping test or even soundness test of cement with the use of additional accessories. Available in different sizes and temperature control system. |

Environmental Test Chamber
Double walled, inside chamber stainless steel, outer body made of CRC/G.I. - powder coated, Temp. Range from ambient +5° C to 60° C controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor based Digital Temp. Controller with +/- 0.5° accuracy, Humidity range from atmospheric humidity to 95 % controlled by Dual display Microprocessor based Digital Temp. Controller (Dry and Wet bulb method) with + 3 % RH. Inner water tank made of stainless steel with ball cock valve. Front door has a full view glass observation window. |

Horizontal Autoclave
The unit has outer chamber, inner chamber, Boiler, Lid and Jacket - all made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. For controlling sterilization cycle, a three way valve or a multiport valve - made of S.S. is provided. The unit have a very efficient ms radial locking arrangement, fitted on msring, duly chrome plated. It is supplied complete with vaccum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap and automatic pressure control switch. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular ms stand. Operatable on single / three phase, 220/440 volts, 50Hz A.C. Supply. |
