Union, a need was long felt for such exclusive compilation.
So the
publishers of Thane Industries Directory,
Mr.V.N.Marathe
& his son

set out to fulfill this need and they compiled the first edition of
Maharashtra Industries Directory in 1985.
Initially
it was a small beginning with only a handful of representatives and
