• A government recognised exim house extending services to the exporters, importers, trading agents or indenters
• Serving as a consultant or purchase agent in India for overseas clients
• Promoting export of the products manufactured by the industries in Gujarat
• Organising participation in international trade fairs held in India and abroad
• Custodian for the Ahmedabad Air Cargo Complex.

• Exports a wide range of products - engineering goods, textile dyes, pigments and intermediates, insecticides & pesticides, bulk chemicals, pharmaceuticals including ayurvedic medicines, surgical disposables, plastic products, textiles, readymade garments, handicrafts, finished leather products, agricultural produces & food products
• Ensures timely guidance for smooth operation, personalised services, scheduled delivery and effective procedures through various Marketing Divisions
• Planning to upgrade the Air Cargo Complex at Ahmedabad by adding state-of-the art storage facilities.
